Now You Will See Two Files ( Apk & Data ). Now Open the apk folder you will see two apks if you have android version below 7 so install the first apk OR If you have Android Version More That 7 So Install Second Apk.
Now Open The Data Folder And go To com.rockstargames.gtasa > Files > Texdb. N ow You
Will See Folders Named gta3, gta_int , mobile , txd. In That Folders You Will See Files Named Rename So Just Click On The File And Rename It According to your Gpu Renderer.
If You Have Adreno So Rename It To dxt OR Mali = etc OR PowerVr = pvr.
After That Just Go Back And Cut The com.rockstargames.gtasa And Paste It In The Internal Storage > Android > Data Folder.
